Perfect Pitch Ear Training

Perfect What?

Perfect pitch, also known as absolute pitch, is the ability to tell the pitch of a note or notes without direct reference to an instrument outside of the mind. With the exception of a few people who spontaneously develop this or are born with the talent, this amazingly useful ability is trained; very carefully and intelligently.

Without It

Have you ever felt that you know something very well and yet it eludes you? As if a deep understanding or closeness is missing?

Whatever I learned in ear training, however well versed I became, I always felt that something was missing as far as feeling secure with my ear was concerned. I improved, and some things got better over years. Still, I had a feeling that something had to be done differently. I knew it wasn't something missing in me. Just a way of using my attention. A way of listening.

Finally One Day

One day a good friend gave me a subscription to a music magazine. While putting that magazine to good use I found an ear training course that literally, and dramatically, changed the course of my career in music.

In music, whenever you improve your ear, even just a little, everything else gets better. Training for perfect pitch will improve your ear a great deal. Whatever level you achieve; better is better.

Even while making small strides at first, with this course virtually everything improved for me, including musical memory.

Since that day over 20 years ago, I have never found a better ear training course anywhere.

As I find ear training to be most important and central to all things in music, I highly recommend it. There's much more you can learn by going directly to the publisher. Take a few minutes and visit:
